You don‘t need to be a qualified mortgage adviser or be industry experienced but you will need to have someone working in your business that is. mortgageforce’s programme is designed to help you find the right individual to offer your clients the mortgage advice they‘ll need.
Aren‘t mortgage sales controlled by The Government now?
Yes they are, and mortgageforce™ provides all the guidance and support you need to be compliant with the regulations laid down by the Financial Services Authority and other regulatory bodies.
Where will my clients come from?
mortgageforce™ will organise your marketing launch programme and will provide ongoing advice with the marketing of your business. It's range of marketing materials and merchandise is designed to open doors with both potential clients and introducers (solicitors, estate agents, etc) alike. you‘ll get advice on how local sponsorship can work for you. In addition, think of all those people you already know who have mortgages and could benefit from a cheaper one!
What about training?

What about technology?
You will need to provide a computer and printer, but we will provide the software you will need to run your franchise. mortgageforce™ will provide training on the use of the software during the induction programme and will provide ongoing IT support services for your systems.
On what basis will I engage a mortgage adviser?
mortgageforce™ will provide you with support for the engagement of your mortgage adviser. This will cover the employment contract that you provide to him/her and the salary/commission structure that they operate under.
Will I need a shop front?
Not necessarily. You can work from any location that's practical. This could be your home or a serviced office if that's better for you.
