FSA Authorisation and Licences: Franchisees will receive help and assistance in the completion, and submission of all licences and appropriate authorisation applications, such as FSA Authorisation, Consumer Credit Licence, Data Protection Notification, and P.I. Insurance proposals.
Initial Training and Assessments to gain Competency Status: mortgageforce™ will carry out training and assessments to ensure that you have the required knowledge and skills so that you may be assessed as competent.
Financial Promotions: mortgageforce™ will undertake to check your financial promotions to ensure you comply with the relevant regulations.
FSA Reporting Requirements: mortgageforce™ will provide valuable assistance in the completion of your FSA regulatory returns which are required as part of your authorisation. This enables you to save time to devote to your main strength of writing business.
FSA Visits and Themed Approaches: Should you be selected in providing the FSA with details in relation to their themed projects, or receive an FSA visit, a member of mortgageforce’s compliance team can be in attendance to provide valuable support to you.
Adherence to FSA & other regulatory requirements: We will provide compliance support to ensure that that your firm can adhere to existing and new laws and regulations.
Ongoing Training and Support: Once authorised, mortgageforce™ will provide ongoing training and compliance support to ensure that your competence levels are maintained.
